Message than if that is the case, the parts are not injection molded as injection molding is a completely different manufacturing process (parts being made on injection molding presses using actual tool molds with high pressure plastic being injected into a tool cavity).

I am curious now since what you explain makes it seem that this would be an assembly process for the assembly line worker. As in Nissan would receive these components, and a worker on the line would prep them as the vehicles were going down the assembly line with a time gap to let the parts cure together. I wonder if these parts now being service parts, how do they expect the dealers to connect these components together properly.

I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!" (Having a conversation about hail damage) - BradZ (FL) on March 25, 2005 at 9:56 PM

Tell your friend that you could take a dump, light it on fire and that would be hotter shit than his car. Probes suck, that's just all there is to it. - 300ZXpert (someday) on April 04, 2005 at 11:35 PM
